The idea
One core is the “Mass”. Six lines are the “Acceleration”.
The mass is a business and everything it knows. The acceleration is the repeat work done well, in order, in six departments: Leadership, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Technology.
The person behind it
I'm Eric Cole, the founder. I started Mass Acceleration in Dallas in 2026 because the same work comes around every week in a growing company, and nobody has the hours to fix it. So I built a system that does the repeat work and asks a person before anything leaves the building. I run my own businesses on it, and I run yours the same way: I build it, I operate it, and you see every run.

What does Mass Acceleration do?
We build and run AI-operated businesses, our own and our clients'. For a client we map how the company runs, fix one department first, then grow the system one department at a time.
What is the Core?
The business system we build and run for you. It takes in triggers (an email, an order, a bank feed, a date), does the repeat work, waits for a person's approval on anything outward, and logs every run.
Does the AI act on its own?
No. Nothing outward moves without a person's approval. Every run records what came in, what the Core did, who approved it and what went out.
Which department first?
The one with the most repeat work and the clearest measure. The strategy session tells you which, and why, before anything is built.
Where does our data live?
In your own tenant, in a dedicated data space with row-level security. Your records are never mixed with anyone else's, and they stay yours.
What does it cost?
It depends on the map. We quote per department after the strategy session, with the measure we will track written in.
