What AI does in our work
We use AI models from established providers to help map processes, draft documents and messages, sort and read business documents, and run the automations we build for clients. Content on this site was written with AI assistance and reviewed by a person.
What people check
- Anything that goes live, sends a message, posts, or changes a system is approved first by a named person on the client's side.
- Our founder reviews the work and the measurements we report.
What AI never does here
- It never moves money, pays, refunds or signs anything.
- It never makes a decision about a person's job, credit, housing or similar on its own.
- It never touches a system or a kind of data that is not in the client's written data inventory.
Your data and AI providers
Before we start, the client's data inventory lists which AI providers see which data. We use provider plans and settings that do not train the provider's models on client data, and we can use the client's own AI account and key instead.
Honest limits
AI can be wrong. That is why we measure, keep people in the loop, and run new fixes side by side with your team before they take over a task. We hold no AI certification and do not claim any.
