What we collect on this site
- What you type in the Get-started form. Your name, work e-mail, company and, if you choose, the department you want to look at first. We use it to send your booking link and, if you leave the box ticked, occasional notes about what the Core runs. Every e-mail carries an unsubscribe link, and you can write to us to be removed at any time. The form is stored in our own Azure account. Booking itself happens on Microsoft Bookings, a Microsoft page covered by Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Basic server records. Our host, Microsoft Azure, keeps short-lived technical logs (such as the address a request came from) to keep the site running and to stop abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
- Your light or dark choice, kept in your own browser only. It is never sent to us.
Why we use it
To send the booking link and hold the meeting you asked for, to send the notes you opted into, to keep the site safe, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who helps us
We use service providers who process data for us under contract: Microsoft (Azure hosting, Microsoft 365 e-mail, Bookings and Teams); Stripe (client invoices and payments: the billing contact's name, e-mail and payment details, under Stripe's own privacy policy; we never see card or bank numbers). For client engagements, the AI providers named in that client's written data inventory.
Where it lives and how it is protected
In Microsoft Azure data centres in the United States. Connections are encrypted in transit and data is encrypted at rest. Keys and passwords live in a vault that only our founder and the systems that need them can reach, and every access is logged.
Client data
Data from a client's business systems is covered by that client's agreement and data processing terms, not by this notice. It stays in the client's own tenant, kept separate from every other client's, and is seen only by the client and by us. A client can export its data at any time. When a client leaves, we hand the business data over and remove it from our systems. Three things stay: invoices and tax records, for as long as the law requires; the protected audit logs that show who approved what, which are built so they cannot be edited or deleted; and Azure's own backups, which expire on their schedule (up to 35 days).
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not take forward: up to 24 months. Client records: as long as the law requires (often 7 years for tax).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop e-mails, by writing to hello@massacceleration.ai. We answer within 45 days. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our answer. We treat you the same whether or not you use these rights. Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information, and the rights above apply to you.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
